This policy explains how NevandaQuiet delivers the eBooks you purchase from us. All of our products are digital files, and they are delivered electronically only.
How delivery works
Once your payment has been confirmed, NevandaQuiet sends a download link to the email address you provided at checkout. The link also becomes available in your account order history, where you can access it at any time.
Delivery is normally completed within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In some cases, such as high demand or payment verification checks, it may take longer.
File formats and compatibility
Each eBook page lists the available file formats. It is your responsibility to check that your device or reading application supports the format you choose before purchasing.
If you have trouble opening a file, please contact help@nevandaquiet.com and we will help you find a suitable format or solution.
Download access
Download links are personal to you and are intended for your own use. Please do not share them with others. Links may expire after a period of time or a number of downloads, and we recommend saving your files securely once downloaded.
If your link has expired or you did not receive your email, check your spam folder and then write to help@nevandaquiet.com. NevandaQuiet will reissue access to your purchased eBook.
Delivery problems
If your eBook does not arrive or the file appears damaged or incomplete, contact NevandaQuiet at help@nevandaquiet.com with your order details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
