NevandaQuiet

Refund Policy

General approach

NevandaQuiet is operated by Nevanda Ltd, a LTD company with its legal address at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ and company number 17532599. Refund requests can be sent to help@nevandaquiet.com.

Because eBooks are digital content that is made available immediately after purchase, they cannot be returned in the way a physical item can. This policy explains when a refund may be granted.

When you may receive a refund

You may request a refund if the eBook file is defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement, if you were charged more than once for the same order, or if the eBook you received is materially different from its description.

Refund requests should be made within a reasonable period after purchase and should include your order details and a brief explanation of the problem.

Your statutory rights

Where you have a legal right to cancel a digital purchase, this policy does not affect it. By requesting immediate access to a digital product, you may lose your right to cancel once the download or access has begun, as permitted by applicable law.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider. NevandaQuiet will confirm by email once your refund has been issued.

After a refund is granted, your access to the relevant eBook may be withdrawn.
